Early Bird Registration:
Early bird registration remains valid until 10th April 2026.*Accommodation:
A limited number of rooms are available in university guest houses and hostels, allotted on a first-come, first-served basis at nominal charges.
Participants are advised to confirm their registration at the earliest to secure accommodation. While priority will be given to those registered by 10th April 2026, limited availability may continue thereafter.
Assistance with independent hotel bookings can also be facilitated upon request, subject to availability.

Abstract should be limited to a maximum of 300 words for both oral and poster presentation.
The abstract should have a short and clear title, name(s) of author(s) and affiliation/address (correspondence author should be indicated for ease of communication), brief background, objectives of the study, methodology, results, and conclusions.
Key words in alphabetical order should not be more than five.
